Wellness Exams
Regency Veterinary Clinic provides wellness exams in order to help your pet live with the highest quality of life. During these exams, we run general bloodwork, heartworm, and fecal tests to look for parasites and check your animal companion for any physical or internal signs of disease. Our goal during these exams is to detect and diagnose diseases and other illnesses in their earliest stages in order to provide the best possible treatment for your pet.
Surgery
Our clinic offers a variety of anesthetic surgical procedures. During each procedure, our patients are monitored with state-of-the-art equipment to provide the safest surgical environment. We also have the ability to bring in a board certified veterinary surgeon, David Spranklin, DVM, ACVS for complicated soft tissue and orthopedic surgeries if necessary.
Radiology
Regency Veterinary Clinic utilizes digital radiology to create X-rays that can be manipulated to create the most diagnostic images. We routinely go over the images in the room with clients, and if necessary we can receive a radiologist's report within the hour.
Ultrasound
Our clinic uses ultrasound technology as a noninvasive way to identify and characterize underlying disease processes. We have an ultrasound machine in-house and also use the services of a mobile specialist, Lara Wiseman DVM, for abdominal ultrasound and echocardiography.
Dental Care
The role of dentistry in veterinary medicine has changed substantially over the years due to technological advancements. The primary goals of veterinary dentistry are to eliminate pain and infection. In our clinic, we have several dental services including routine nonanesthetic cleanings for preventative care and anesthetic cleanings for those patients with more considerable periodontal disease. Additionally, we use digital radiology to visualize pathology underneath the gumline in order to determine if extractions are indicated. Our dental services are sure to provide your pet with optimal oral health.
Grooming
Our clinic offers grooming for dogs and a limited number of cats. Our grooming staff works to groom your pet to your satisfaction. The grooming service includes bathing, nail trim, anal gland expression, ear cleaning, and hair cutting and styling.
Spay & Neuter
Our clinic offers routine spay and neuter surgeries which are beneficial procedures that prevent your pet from reproducing. These procedures can also decrease or eliminate the risk of certain diseases and cancers in your dog or cat.
Vaccinations
Regency Veterinary Clinic provides vaccinations for dogs and cats to protect them from a series of diseases and illnesses.
Micro Chipping
In our clinic, we can inject your animal with a tiny, safe microchip that contains a unique identification number. A scanner picks up the ID number so that the owner of the animal can be contacted in the event of a jail break. If the day comes where you furry friend gets away, they will be able to be recognized anywhere in the world and returned to you.
Pharmacy
In our clinic, we house a variety of medications to aid in the treatment of an array of illnesses and conditions. This way, when one of our doctors recommends a certain perscription for your animal, you can walk out of our clinic with the medication that you need. Moreover, our clinic is stocked with a variety of perscription diets and heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives.
Euthanasia
The doctors and staff here at Regency understand that often the most meaningful service you can perform for a pet is the one they need last. The years of service in this community has taught us that there is nothing more important to an owner than to send their loved one off in a compassionate, dignified, and painless manner. The benefit of a small family run clinic is that our long term clients and patients become our extended family, and are treated as such up until the day we have to say goodbye.
